My work is grounded in the belief that our experiences, like stress or trauma, shape not only how we think and feel, but also how our nervous systems respond to the world around us. When we grow up or live in environments that feel unsafe, overwhelming, or emotionally unsupported, the mind and body often develop protective patterns that help us cope and survive.


These patterns are necessary and protective, however over time, they can become limiting. Essentially, a disconnection between the mind, body, and soul occurs. This can look like feeling stuck in cycles of anxiety, emotional overwhelm, self-criticism, doubt, or feeling disconnected from your life or relationships. 


In therapy, I integrate awareness of the body and nervous system. A somatic approach helps us gently notice and understand how experiences are held within the body, creating opportunities for greater regulation, safety, and connection. Rather than focusing solely on thoughts or behaviors, we also pay attention to physical sensations, emotional responses, and patterns of activation and rest within the nervous system.


The therapeutic relationship is an important part of the healing process. Through a relational lens, therapy becomes a space where new experiences of safety, attunement, and understanding can emerge. I approach this work collaboratively, honoring your pace, autonomy, and lived experience.


My intention is to create a space where you feel supported in reconnecting with yourself, developing greater self-compassion, and expanding your capacity for choice, presence, and meaningful connection in your life.

Family Therapy

There is your culture and then there is the culture within your family dynamic. In therapy, I use a Family systems approach to understand how communication, vulnerability, boundaries and roles are impacting the family unit. Together, we will honor your families story and strengths while creating a space where each family member is heard and understood.


55 Minute Session: $165

Consulation

I provide a complimentary 15-minute consultation for clients interested in working with me. This opportunity allows us to discuss therapy goals and get to know each other briefly.
