My approach to therapy is rooted in the belief that when we experience trauma or grow up in environments that are not safe or nurturing, a disconnection can form between the mind, body, and soul. Over time, this disconnection make it difficult to slow down and feel at ease within ourselves, our relationships, and our outlook on life.

We do what we must to survive. Eventually, survival patterns can become our default mode and limiting. Instead of living with presence and choice, we may feel stuck. This can show up as overwhelming emotions, unhelpful thought patterns, chronic self-criticism, or a sense of disembodiment from our own lives.

Many of us come from families or environments where survival was essential, leaving little room for curiosity, self-exploration, or self-compassion. Over time, this can distance us from who we truly are. Healing begins with cultivating a sense of inner safety and reconnection.

Each of us moves through the world in a unique way. In our work together, I center your lived experience while gently challenging and empowering you toward deeper awareness, embodied safety, and a sense of freedom defined by you.
