The evaluation includes a 2-3 hour interview, follow ups as needed, an extensive clinical written report (10-20 pages), a PDF sent directly to your attorney, and supportive coordination with attorneys. If your attorney requests edits, I am happy to accommodate at no extra cost to you. At this time evaluations are only offered online only.
Total Investment: $1300. The final report typically is sent to your attorney within 2-3 weeks of the scheduled interview. If you need a payment plan, I am happy to further discuss this option with you.
Frequently Asked Questions
Am I eligible for a Psychosocial Evaluation?
You must have a active immigration case with an attorney who has recommended the evaluation.
What should I expect from the interview?
The interview is about 2-3 hours long. We will be going over traumtic events about your immigration story. You may feel overwhelmed and sad throughout the evaluation. You may also feel relieved to share your story in a safe space. I may provide breaks as needed to support your emotional regulation.
What if I don't know what to say?
I will have guiding questions that will naturally led you into sharing your story. Eventually, you will feel comfortable and things will just flow!
Are evaluations confidential?
Yes. Only your attorney will have access to this evaluation with your written consent. By law, I am not able to disclose any information pertaining to your personal identifiying information or what is discussed in this evaluation.
